schwimmtrainer.at – PerformanceHub and PerformanceLab
The schwimmtrainer.at platform combines two complementary digital product areas: PerformanceHub for public profiles, discoverability, offers and networking in swimming, and PerformanceLab for professional athlete and group management, competition and training planning, testing, planned-versus-actual performance analysis and PDF documentation subject to the applicable Gold access rights. PerformanceLab and PerformanceHub are product designations of schwimmtrainer.at. © 2026 schwimmtrainer.at – PerformanceLab and PerformanceHub. All rights reserved. The original software, source code, interface designs, graphics, texts, illustrations, instructional media, compilations and other copyright-protected content are protected to the extent provided by law. The brand name and visual identifier are also subject to any applicable trade name, trade mark and unfair competition rights; no registered trade mark status is asserted by this notice.
Without prior written permission, protected components must not be reproduced, systematically copied, adapted, published, distributed, resold, sublicensed or commercially exploited, including by reproducing the protected concrete design of the platform's documented processes and workflows. Lawfully independent ideas, methods and general principles are not subject to an exclusive copyright merely because they are described here. Statutory exceptions, legitimate references and users' rights in their own information remain unaffected. See also the licensing terms.
Alternative dispute resolution
The operator has not currently submitted generally to any alternative dispute resolution body. Unless there is a specific statutory obligation to participate, participation in such proceedings is voluntary. If a dispute with a consumer arising from a paid contract cannot be resolved directly, the information required by law under Section 19(3) of the Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG) will be provided on paper or another durable medium, identifying the ADR body or bodies competent for the specific dispute and stating whether the operator will participate in proceedings.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Accordingly, no link to that platform is provided.
