Help & frequently asked questions

General information on registration, memberships, profiles and features, freely accessible without Gold membership.

How do I plan training periods with Gold?

Training planning connects seasons, macro-, meso- and microcycles with sessions, sets and intervals. Guest athletes can be assigned for a limited period. Coaches remain responsible for training decisions.

Which analyses and PDFs are available?

The planned-versus-actual dashboard compares volume, intensity, strokes, target times and stroke rates. Annual, weekly, session and statistics reports can be exported as PDFs. The Jonas demo season contains fictional actual figures only.

What is the schwimmtrainer.at ecosystem?

schwimmtrainer.at brings together two complementary product areas: PerformanceHub helps people find and present coaches and swimming opportunities and make connections. PerformanceLab gives Gold-authorised coaches tools for athlete management, planning, tests, analysis and performance development. See “Our ecosystem” (/oekosystem/) for details.

Do I need a Gold membership for PerformanceHub?

No. Publicly searching profiles and offers does not require Gold. The profiles and offers you can publish depend on the applicable Standard, Bronze or Silver membership features. Gold is intended for the protected PerformanceLab functions.

How does the PerformanceHub network work?

Federations and organisations can create public structural entries for affiliated federations, clubs and other providers. People and organisations can join multiple existing entries. Personal free-text affiliations do not become reusable directory entries.

Does a network affiliation prove employment?

No. Relationships are self-reported and clearly identified. Claiming an entry created by another organisation requires the original creator to approve the transfer.

Are my manual organisation entries selectable by others?

No. Manual organisations remain attached only to your profile. You decide separately whether each affiliation is shown publicly.

Will my PerformanceLab athlete records appear in PerformanceHub?

Not automatically. Public profiles and offers are separate from access-restricted athlete, test and diagnostic records. Sharing remains subject to the relevant permissions and privacy rules.

How do I get started with schwimmtrainer.at?

Select “Create profile” to register, choose your account type and verify your email address. Standard membership is free.

Which membership is right for me?

The Subscriptions page explains Standard, Bronze, Silver and Gold features and requirements. Paid memberships are activated through Stripe.

How does sign-in work?

Sign in via My account. Regular sign-in requires a password and an additional authenticator code. Use the account recovery options if you cannot sign in.

How can I edit my profile?

After signing in, open Profile to update your account details. Public features depend on your active membership.

Where can I find coaches, services and courses?

Use Find to search published profiles, services and courses. Available results and filters depend on the information providers have published.

What is available under Knowledge?

Knowledge includes public information and, depending on your membership, additional premium material and downloads.

How do I manage billing or my subscription?

Sign in to My account. Under Subscriptions you can use the available subscription-management options or the Stripe customer portal.

Where can I see the PerformanceLab presentations?

The public PerformanceLab overview features eight topic cards. The training planning, analysis and documentation cards open their corresponding views on the shared detail page. The Jonas example season is fictional and does not prescribe fixed training loads.

How do I use the weekly plan versus actual chart?

In Gold PerformanceLab under Training planning → Analysis, the chart compares planned and recorded weekly distance. View eight or thirteen weeks at a time, or all weeks together, without horizontal scrolling. Individual bar details provide precise values; undocumented sessions are not automatically treated as missed.
